Below is a base I created (flying giants) to use while farming in Gold II, & III. So far it has worked well for defending against giant/healer comps that used to walk all over other bases I was using.
Currently the biggest weakness to the base is when attackers have a ton of wall breakers. In my experience thankfully at gold levels most don’t raid with a bunch of WB’s, which allows the traps to work really well. It’s a very fun base to watch when the funneling works right. Be sure to upgrade teslas where they are…I learned the hard way giants won’t path correctly if you upgrade them on the outside. If hogs are a problem switch the bottom two bombs with the huts so the hogs will path over both bombs and die (I rarely see hogs in gold).
Also, in the CC I use wizards which take at least two lightning spells to kill. Based on the CC radius they typically stay put until I’d want them out and can really mess up attackers more than you'd think.
