Question about spells (RAGE HEAL)

Does spilling spell twice on the same spot on the SAME troops make it twice the effect(HEAL/RAGE) on the troops?

For heal spell only.. hummmmm is there a previous thread discussion on these two spell that will support or confirmed either or neither of which it does..... lets us further dig on this...to get the final answer..

Ok forgot to state my case why am I asking about this... I know some may say "Why would you do that?"
This is a question in my mind still hanging up to this time...
I'm on TH8 with only Lvl2 Hog and Lvl1 PEKKA and my clan name "KLAN PINOY" and you can visit me and say Hi coz its open to all..
I came across this TH9 with Townhall on the outside with much 1K plus DE sitting on the center with only one XBOW and has a gap in the middle.
Maybe he/she forgot to return the Townhall in the center which is why OR purposely make this a trap...
I swarmed in all my 12 hogs in suprisingly it has two tesla came out with the xbow, In split 3 to 4 seconds all my hog were gone but I could see some damge made on those defenses.....I stopped for awhile thinking I would drop 2 heal spell and drop in my 2 PEKKA to finished them off so the PEKKA would then destroy the DE storege for a good loot....
BUT I opt to end the battle and accept losing that time.....and not to further lose no more.
This is why I raised my question

Why you wouldnt just drop one troop to see what happens is beyond me. Also, you raid with that few hogs?

I haven't got much DE that time for more hog only elixir for PEKKA...
