Ok I need help. I have 20.00$ exactly for iTunes credits. When I go to buy the 2500 gems for 19.99$ it won't let me buy it. It tells me my payment method was declined. But I have 20.00$ in credits. It doesn't make sense. Help me out plz

when buying gems via iTunes / Apple or whatever, there's some sort of surcharge that makes the total price more than $19.99




i noticed this because i usually play on a Samsung tablet, and bought gems once from my iPhone. the charge on my bank statement was like $20.something or $21.something.

Ok. So I just bought another 10$ so now I have 30.00$ total. It's still referring to my credit card, and that it's declined. But I'm just trying to use credits. It's stupid
