Give me your advice to improve this base please !
I have done 2 CWs with this base, in the first one i have been attacked 3 times and getting 1starred and getting 2starred two times.
In the next one i have been 3starred in the first attack, the guy raid me with 2lvl 3drags, 1 lvl4 drag, 12 lvl6 giants, 26 lvl6 wizs, 2heal spells, 2rage spells and 1 light.

Looks pretty good to me.
Lots of open spaces inside bases like yours should make hoggers think twice about going after you...
I would worry about dragon swarms, however...

Yes this base can be weak against mass drag, I tried to improve this by placing the 4 storages to tank vs them so they don't go for the air defenses quick, atm i have never be raided with mass drag

For me, I would attack your base from the top with 10 dragons (+1 more in my CC). Drop dragons in a semi-circle, and just rage them to the air defenses/town hall. Good call on putting the storages where you did; perhaps that will stop a dragon swarm...
