Clan Castle Perimeter Extension?

While I was making my base design on cocbuilder website, I made it so that my base had an unlureable CC since the perimeter is just at the defense, but when I tried to set up my base again on the real clash game, i've noticed that the perimeter is 1 more extended, throwing off my base design. Did the perimeter get extended through the update or was it always like this from the beginning and the CoC builder website got the wrong measurements? There is a difference in http://clashofclansbuilder.com/ and in-game so I want to confirm.

Noticed this a while back as well, the cc range has not changed as mine extended to the very edge of my defense before the update and it hadn't moved after it.

It's been wrong on cocbuilder for about a month or so I think.
