Hey guys and gals!
So I recently decided to upgrade to Th8, I'm feeling guilty because I still have a balloon guy upgrade, one tesla tower to upgrade and one is still in process. I didn't upgrade anything with DE because it was a pain getting enough for a BK. My question is what is the first thing I should focus on after this TH jump? I've got some time to plan ahead so I thought I'd get feedback.

As someone who has also just reached TH8 I have been focusing on getting all the new buildings caught up to the other ones. I suggest you do the same. They should not take too much time or resources.

Max elixir and gold immediately while still a 7. Research Lab (5 days) then witches...
Have your base redesign ready from Day One. (More walls and weapons coming. It's a good time to redesign the entire base to take on those dratted TH9s that will start plundering you)
Upgrade your new stuff to TH7 levels, then start with mortars and wiz towers.
And be prepared. Until you get mortars and wiz towers upgraded and walls all purple, you'll be three starred regularly...attacking new 8s is akin to a high school date..cheap, fast and easy
