It takes 50 Hours for 1 level 11 Collector to completely fill up. So those players you run into after about 20-30 "Nexts" who have that kind of loot in their collectors.... Ya they don't play much at all.
Why is this? Supercell?
There are a few changes that I think would help everyone have a more fun time getting the resources they need for their upgrades.
Substantially Increase the amount of bonus loot you get. Make it so attacking your own THlvl (or higher) the most beneficial thing to do by scaling it.
At this moment in time people seem to be pretty frustrated with the amount of loot they can get per hour. Non boosted barracks get between 700k-1mil per hour. Boosted get's between 1.3-1.8mil per hour. All of these raids are against inactive players... That seems pretty lame to me.
So what the community wants is a more consistent loot system. Right now it takes about 45min-2hours to make a full clan war army, I say make it so making this army is also the best way to get loot. How do you achieve this? By scaling the bonus loot you get from getting stars on bases.
Let's use TH8 as an example.
1 Star vs a TH 8: 10,000g 10,000e
2 Star vs a TH 8: 150,000g 150,000e 500de
3 Star vs a TH 8: 400,000g 400,0003 1000de
You can increase this by 20% for higher bases and decrease it 20% for lower bases (per TH lvl), more of a margin may be necessary to discourage people from picking on lower THs, but you get the point. Make the scale have a large margin so people actually try and get 3 stars.
You might think "whoa that's a ton of loot" But think about it, you can't really get 2 or 3 stars on good bases using BARCH or even BAM. So this would encourage people to use their 2 and 3 star armies more to get loot.
This would also force players to not rush their bases, because those people that do rush their base will be people primary farming targets.
There is a major problem with the economy in this game. This is just one suggestion to fix it. The fact is, is that it's really silly to make the economy be purely run on inactive players, If everyone was active we'd all be screwed. We rely on other players collectors to get us the loot we need to upgrade, which is ridiculously silly.
Supercell, if you decide to hide inactive player to "fix" this via making it not based on inactive players you MUST increase the loot we get from active players SOMEHOW, because if you don't loot/hour will go down substantially and people won't want to play anymore.
