I have a whole butt load of loot and wondering if I should upgrade or completely max out TH7. I have maxed troops (exept drag) here is my base http://m.imgur.com/6XXYiY4.

Max out everything first then upgrade th. thats what you should do every lvl.

I would recommend BK to level 5 and all max walls before upgrading your TH. Dump the "a whole butt load of loot" into your wall first

And before upgrading your TH, you need to consider loot penalty. What's your main source of income? from TH6 or TH7/8? If it's the latter, I would upgrade

just make sure ur goblins r maxed thats how i got to th9 lvl 26 nobody can beat u

You need to max teslas and walls. Then those can be put off early in th8, as your gold will be on new defenses and upgrading existing defenses

Forget the walls, you are ready to go to th8. Everything is better and easier at th8.

Upgrade your town hall. Level 5 troops are the real deal. Can get you even more loot. Walls are OK, whether you max level 8 or just do with level 7 at TH 8 can do. See what they did with barb king ? Do you even want to max him ?
