    Hogs and Jump Spell

    I am a little too cheap with de to just try this so thought I would ask here first.

    I only use mass hogs in wars and, of course, with the enhanced big bad bombs, avoiding a likely double big bomb hole on a base you are attacking is vital.

    The new jump spell gives us, for what I think is the first time in the game, a chance to do a bit of "steering" of deployed troops.

    While at first thought the idea of deploying a jump spell on hogs seems ridiculous. I wonder if a well placed jump spell might be used to "steer" a hog pack away from a big bomb location.

    Thoughts?

    not sure if it would work. if it does it's a good idea tbh

    A jump spell effectively removes walls. Since hogs already disregard walls, I doubt it would work. But, can't be sure unless you try

    SC confused people. What KL is saying is spot on

    Think of the jump spell as creating a 7 radius whole in your oppoents base. If this new whole is a better path, then units redirect themselves, if not they act like normal

    Ah, and since the jump spell would not provide a "better path" they would ignore it.

    Jump spell is basically a wallbreaker and it bombs that section so that their are no walls there, and if the troop sees a better route it will take it

    Doubt it would work since hogs can jump over walls. they would need a jump spells. But we dont know. I would try it on a couple of hogs in the goblin map.
