The idea is that every clan member (elder, co-leader, leader) can donate his resources in the clan treasury, as much as he want, and there is the percentage from loot (online attacks) of every member of the clan (1%) , and percentage from war win bonus of every member of the clan, who take a part in the war (2%).
And every clan elder, co-leader or leader can take these resources out, he can write request of a certain amount of resources in the clan chat, and at least three clan members must approve this request to allow you to get these resources.
Capacity of the treasury is 6000000 of gold and elixir, and 10000 of dark elixir.
