Many times during the 24 hour preparation period, people will "call" a target that they want to attack. Usually people will respect that, but not everyone is on at the same time so frequently someone else calls the "called" target. As the person usually trains troops for that specific target, it causes problems since then the person has a tailored army, but the target has already been attacked.
It would be nice if there was a way during the 24 hour preparation period to claim or at least let others know that an enemy base if your preferred target.
