In chat there are many people that use lots of curse words. I think that there should be a monitoring system in place and be able to ban people using in appropriate language and I know that its crossed but still there are many people that use curse words even after being reported.

Are you talking global chat if so you can report people or mute them. Clash of clans is not a no cursing game and it is not against any rules to curse.
