Sorry, miscounted... It's 6 lab upgrades for th9 and 12 for th10... And you are forgetting that there are two levels of walls available at th9...
edit: also I think you forgot about freeze spell?? If you are going to be condescending to others at least get everything correct otherwise you just seem a little bit silly!

Why would people say that TH8 need more toys?
I (a TH8) that this is insane. There are so many things to upgrade at TH8. Only think I would maybe ask for is more levels on my BK. I feel like such a target when I have 50k+ and the lab doesn't open up for a week.
