    Angry SUPERCELL! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I want a response to my support ticket!

    I paid 20 dollars for 2500 gems and I expect to get them!
    I was sent a receipt from apple charging me 20 dollars for something I didn't even receive ingame! The support hasn't been helpful at all, it's been 2 days and they haven't sent me anything back, and when I report a problem to get a refund, it says the page can't be found!
    HELP ME!

    I didn't get my 19.99$ sack of gems. I purchased it and the amount is deduced in my account balance but i never received the gems.

    I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive those gems right away. Sometimes when you purchase gems, it may take a while for them to become available. In the meantime there is no need to purchase them again, because your previous order is still being processed.
    If you still have not received a purchase made more than 24 hours ago, please contact Apple support for further information at http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/.

    I contacted Apple support right after i made the purchase. The directed me to contact coc support. That's why i contact you. I made the purchase on Friday afternoon, which is more than 24 hours ago. Please notice that I made another purchase of $4.99 after that and I got the gems for the $4.99 transaction. i have never get the gems for first transaction of $19.99 i made.

    Hi Jay,
    I only received the $4.99 on the 21st (NOT 24th) of March and the $19.99
    pack on the 24th of March.

    I never got the $19.99 that was purchased on the 21st of March.
    I attached a purchased history screenshot with the email. The previous
    screenshot was taken on the 21st so it does not contains the $19.99
    transaction made on the 24th (which I have received)

    I'd get in contact with apple or google and get my money back for the last 90 days. BOYCOTT SUPERCELLS BULLSHIZ

    Your best bet is to contact Apple. I had this similar issue with an in-app purchases on a different app and I went ahead and contacted the Apple Support instead of the app developer.

    What happened to me was as I was ready to make a transaction, after entering my itunes password, it connected, and all of the sudden it crashed, went back to the game, only to find out i didn't get any in-app purchases. I thought it didn't go through so have decided to try again. Second time success. So I was literally charged twice for one

    Only to realized when I went to view transaction I was charged twice instead of one. I went ahead and contacted Apple via e-mail, they opened my case, viewed my account. Apparently, to make a less hassle, Apple have decided to refund me both of the purchases that I have made via in-app purchase. I only expected only one transaction to be refunded but Apple has refunded both and I was able to keep the in-app purchase. I was one happy customer.
