Ok what to upgrade now..
walls all lvl 6
Cannons lvl 7
archer tower lvl 6
2 teslas lvl 1
mortar lvl 2
wizard tower lvl 1
2 air defense lvl 1
after I get my wiz tower to at least lvl 2 and air defense lvl 2 and mortars lvl 3 can I upgrade my town hall to 8?

I would try max th7 before going to th8, it may take longer but it's better in the long run.
Mortars and wiz
try to max out everything, most important are wizard towers and mortars

Max out everything and start maxing out splash damage first,if you go to th8 now your wont find any decent loot as you get much less now, if you attack a th7 for example.

A premmie th7 base is a great target for th levels 5-9 ( depending on mine/collector levels )
