My great idea:
Enable it so that a clan can, in starting a clan war, do a clan search to find a specific clan in order to issue a war challenge to that clan.
This would be great to challenge a friend's clan, OR challenge a clan who has already beat your clan in the past to AVENGE a previous defeat by said opposing clan.
Thoughts and comments would be appreciated.
I'm fairly certain this has been suggested before, albeit not ruled out (I think?)
But there is a chance that this could be exploited.
Let there be two clans: X and Y.
Clan X consists mostly of newbies (TH 4 - 5)
Clan Y consists mostly of nearly maxed TH10s.
Clan Y's members happen to all know Clan X's members. So Clan Y issues a war request vs Clan X. Clan X accepts.
Clan Y decides to expose all their THs, so that members from Clan X can get easy loot.
So... that's one flaw.
But maybe you could make it so that there is a loot reduction or something... it's your idea, so work on it

Valid point. Maybe enable it such that two clans can war a maximum of two times. To allow a losing clan ONE opportunity to avenge their loss. That should also prevent exploitation.
This has been suggested many times. People with two accounts could just war against themselves for easy loot
Again, limit clan re-wars to two, and problem solved! I want my chance at revenge on my clan's 3 defeats!!

Clans will abuse this and attack feeders clans and sister clans.

easy exploitation would be to let one clan beat the other, therefore they are getting war loot of say 700k+ every 2 days against a sister or feeder clan.
