After I saw, "get rid of collecter raids" I knew this was out. Do you have any idea how many farmers rely on the lower class inactives for loot? What should we do, hog for our gold?

I don't understand how a guy posts an idea and gets blasted for it. It's not a terrible idea... it could work, though I still prefer no change to the system, especially since it would ruin the concept of farming, but it seems like everyone replies to this thread by thrashing the man instead of critiquing his ideas.

There is nothing wrong with proposing change. Challenging the system keeps the developers on their toes. I feel like in this particular case, there is nothing wrong with the current system in place. Farming is necessary to gain resources and attacking town halls for easy trophies is also an effective measure of trophy hunting. Judging by the reactions of this thread, I feel as though most people feel "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
