Status: Working on laboratory, heroes and walls.
I don't mind stats reduce of heroes, however it would have been fair to reduce the cost of updgrade. So my answer is YES !
Do not reduce the cost...whatever you do...it killed me to max both heroes through farming...do not take this achievement from the people who went through the pain. Upgrade time and regen times...I'm all for it!

It needs reducing, 4 mins is too long for little gain in hp/dps/ an longer regen times up to lvl 30

Chief Pat said on his youtube channel that he also thinks the regeneration time should be reduced since heroes were nerfed, so Supercell will probably reduce them since they basically rely on his opinion for all their high level updates. At least he said the King is pretty weak too so maybe Supercell will buff him back up a bit. King dies to a couple defensive building before it can cut through a lvl 11 wall lol.
