There is no way i would use this strategy for two reasons: Valks are too expensive and take too long to train. To me, they're not worth it when i could use a less costly and more effective strategy.

Then you will hate my Mass Witches, GiValks, and Witch Riders strategies...

I do farm quite a bit so DE is not really an issue for me. They are mostly for war considerations since Pure Hogs is ineffective now.

In honor of Bleach, this strategy could also be called, "Vizard".

Testing out the capability of the new Valks I am going to build this overnight.

I'm coining this the Viz Strategy; I'm a TH9 with 220 capacity:

20 Valkyries 1
15 Wizards 5
1 Jump 2
2 Heal Max
1 Rage Max

Valkyrie is researching to lvl 2 at the moment so excuse the lowly lvl 1 guinea pigs.

The rest probably requires no explanation.

UPDATE:

Clan Castle was filled with 7 Wiz 5 and a Minion. Here we go, first attempt start the attack by dropping a couple of wiz on the edges so the Valks don't do a P.E.K.K.A. haha!

Well I realise this is a loss, however considering they are lvl 1 Valks vs. 2 lvl 3 Inferno Towers and 3 lvl 3 X-Bows in the core and they took the DE pot... I'm calling this strategy PLAUSIBLE for future use.

But I pretty much use the same but I throw in a golem with the valks... Might as well call it govizzies. Been experimenting with the spells tho, I'm going to attempt an attack on a decent th10 base soon tho.
