Just to be clear...
You like to raid high level players to get DE and their other loot, but you do not like that the system allows them to raid you back in return?

No I don't mind that I'm getting steam rolled its just that when I attack a th9 I get a bonus of 10% but then when I get attacked by them they should get a 10% penalty but I will raid 220,000 + then they just seem to steal every little bit back but I seem to lose gold and elixir even though I get a bonus

TH9 does get a -10% penalty when attacking TH8. If they are getting more from you than you stole from them that is just because you must have more loot to steal than they had.

This is the just like the -10% penalty that a TH8 gets for attacking a TH7.

There is a 10% penalty. You can steal 220k from their storage, they can steal 180k from yours. That is exactly the amount indicated on your first image. Did you even look at the images you posted?

This does nothing unless you have only a small amount of elixir.

Long time player and lurker, first time poster.

If youre farming at 1500-1700 with mostly pink walls and decent defenses youre going to be targeted by almost all big farmers imo as this wont deter them. All you can do is keep upgrading defenses and walls and youll be fine .
