    I don't understand, the commander would still be able to attack in war.

    -I used to be part of a clan that had like 4 branches of other clans. But they were kind of corrupt. Like the leader of the Main/Mother clan would put his trust into his Co-Leader, which was recently enabled, and would go and visit his other clans. But this Co-Leader was kind of evil because he didn't give the Leader spot to him as soon as he got back. So what if instead of having to leave the clan in order to manage their other clans, what about this idea?

    How to start a Sister/Feeder clan
    -Once a clan has reached a successful 40-50 members, the leader, and only the leader, has the choice to click on the clan castle and found a "Sister/Feeder Clan" for 80,000 gold. This will only be enabled when the clan reaches a capacity of 40-50 members so that newer clans don't make feeder clans willy-nilly. And along with making this new clan, you can only make 3 feeder clans total. Each one can be made in when the previous feeder clan has reached the required capacity. Once he/she spent the money, they will pick 1-5 Co-leaders or/and Elders to go to the feeder clan. They can go if they want, because the way it works is that he will pick the 1-5 members. After picking it, an automated message goes to the players saying "(Leader Name Hear) wants you to be the leader of (Feeder Clan Name Here)". He/she will either accept it or deny it. The leader must pick at least one person to be the leader, as to prevent any banking issues. If no one accepts the leader position within 2 days, the feeder clan will not be founded and the leader gets his gold refunded. And if someone does accept the role, the rest of the players who accepts afterwards becomes the co-leaders of the feeder clan.

    Maintaining Sister/Feeder clans
    -You need to have 40-50 players to start a feeder clan, you do not need to maintain it. The minimum of members the main clan needs to have is 20 people AFTER starting a feeder. If, for some strange reason, your main clan loses most of its players, and the main clan's members drops below 20, the main clan will send an automated message to all of the clans saying something like "(Main clan name here) needs members! Join now!" And players, without leaving their clan, can request to go to the main clan. The commander or co-leader than can accept the request if they meet requirements or they can just accept in order to keep the clan family alive. And if by the time of 1 week they cant get it up to 20 people again, the family will disconnect from the main clan, and from each other, but keeping the name of the clan, and just striking it out on their own. And if the main clan gets back to 40-50 players, they can request the clans they had in the family to be in their feeder clan by just searching up the clan name and requesting. But, if there is an update before or during this update that allows clans to merge, you will be able to request a merge with one of your feeder clans, which might be the better way to go. Here is a link to another thread in this forum elaborating more on this topic of merging clans. Jtrc13 gave his idea for Clan Merging.


    Titles and Roles
    -Another thing, when you make a feeder clan, the leader of the main clan gets the new title of "Commander". In the main clan, there will be no leader, just "Commander, Co-Leader, Elder, and Member". In the feeder clans, it will all be normal with the titles, "Leader, Co-Leader, Elder, and Member". The Commander will be able to hop from each clan without actually having to leave the main clan. Let me explain how: when the Commander has more than one clan, they could go to their clan chat and could literally switch chats from clan to clan. They could talk on any clan chat they want. And another addition to this new spot. In the clan info, you have little tabs on the top that says the name of each feeder clan, with the initial tab with the main clan. They could have the ability to kick any member from any of his/her clans, just how you would if you were a normal leader. The Co-leader of the MAIN CLAN will be able to do the same, but wont have the ability to kick.

    Clan Wars (Maybe?)
    -As you know, clans cannot look at other clans war history, but if you are in the family, you will. Any clan within family who is currently at war will be able to be spectated by other clans within family. How this works is when you look into your "Family" button, right next to the Clan button, and you see the list of clans within family. If a clan is at war, it will have clashing swords next to the name, similar to when someone is currently battling someone. You can then click the name and it will bring up the clan, click on their war history and at the top is gonna be the current war they are in. Click on that and it will bring up the war map. You will be able to do everything you would be able to do in your own war EXCEPT attacking. You can watch live battles and donate war troops. If, and only if, they win, their score will be put on their record, as well as the family record. The family record is the accumulation of all the wins the clans within the family won. EX: If there is a family of two clans, Main and Feeder, they both won 15 wars each, the family record would say 30. Remember, this is the only benefit of a clan in family winning a war, you do not gain any bonuses or loot. Also, clans within family will not be able to go to war with other clans in family, this is to prevent exactly that.

    Donations (Maybe?)
    -In the clan castle, there will be an option, right next to the "Request Troops" button, that will say "Donate Troops". This will only be enabled after the foundation of a feeder clan. This button allows a player to donate a maximum of how ever many troops they can hold themselves to the family warehouse. After donating the troops, he/she will not be able to take their troops out, as to prevent any banking of troops. But other players will be able to take these troops. They can only take what they can fit into their clan castle as well. Donating troops to the family warehouse will count towards your donation count.

    Merging into family
    -Clans will be able to request to a Clan/Main Clan to attach them selves to the clan in order to enter the family. You can look at a person in Global, or search up a clan, click on him and it will pull up the list. It will have all the stuff like "Profile, Visit, View Clan, (And if in a family) View Family, Report, and Mute". If you click on View Family, it will show a list of clans under the Main clan, and at the top will be the number of clans in family (Out of 5). If there is 5 clans, you will not be able to request to enter family since 5 is the max. But if there is a spot open the leader of a clan will be able to request to a main clan and the leader of the main clan will be able to accept the request of the other clan. It will only work if the main clan has 40-50 members. That means that a clan will not be able to request to a main clan if the clan does not have the requirements. This could work the other way to, a Main clan can be able to request to a normal clan to be a feeder. The rules are, if no one is in a family, if a clan request to be in a family with another clan, one of them needs to have 40-50, and they will be the main clan. If both have the same amount of members, the higher trophy count will be the tie breaker. And if the Leader/Commander wants to have a requirement for clans to enter family, they can set a trophy count, e.g. 20,000 trophies.

    Chats
    -Clans within family will be able to access a "Family chat". Similar to the clan chat, but a chat for the whole family to chat in, discussing tactics and what not. You cannot request for troops in the family chat, but the Commander and the Co-Leader (Both from the main clan), will be able to go to other clan chats within family and talk to other clans. While they are there, they will be able to donate to players in other clans.

    Mail
    -Clan leaders and co-leaders will always be able to send male periodically, but they will not have the ability to send mail to the family. The only one that can send family mail will be the Commander. Every 12 hours, like normal, they will be able to send family mail to all clans within family. Co-leaders of the main clan will be able to this as well.

    Privledges
    -The Commander will be able to summon players in the family to come to the main clan, not to stay, but for reasons such as warnings, promotions, or demotions. Then after exactly one day after the summon, and if the player does not go back on his/her own (by clicking on the return to clan button on the CC), will be sent back automatically, and the Commander will be able to summon another one.

    -And one more thing, the Commander has the ability to choose from the list of rules for each clan, and same goes for the leader of each leader of the feeder clans. But the Commander can overrule the power of the leaders in each feeder clan, and if the leader makes a rule that the Commander does not necessarily agree with, he/she will be able to change it. You can find these rules in the edit section of the clan description. And here are the set of rules:

    -0 Disable Co-Leader Invite/Accept

    I haven't actually read all of this but if I created 3 feeder clans using 240k gold but didn't assign a leader for 2 days I would get a refund. During those 2 days, the 240k gold wouldn't be in my storages so it would be hidden from attackers. I could keep making 3 feeder clans every 2 days to constantly hide 240k so this could cause some problems i think.

    It's implied that the Leader must request to have someone to be leader in the process of starting the feeder. I don't know if anyone would actually turn down the offer just so that the leader can hide his/her loot but I get the point. How about if I make it so that when you buy a feeder clan, you don't actually spend the money until the new leader accepts the request, then the gold is taken out of the storage. Sound better? If so I will add it in.

    This would fix other problems

    I think that this would also be a solution to opt in/out as someone who was a farmer and donated really well but was terrible in wars could go and be leader in feeder clan where they don't do wars?

    I didnt quite understand what you said, but im guessing you like it? Leaders of feeser clans have same abilities to start wars, not seeing where your going with this.
