I think you have your wires crossed, to get access to a dev ipad you need to be a youtuber, not a mod. Same for access to their helsinki office, the youtubers get more access than the mods. Of course if your both you go more.

but thats dumb IMO because Mods don't earn money for serving their time helping us, some YouTubers earn money for it and never helped us. I would say huge thank to Mods for using their valuable time cleaning,closing and mostly important, having fun with us

They're called volunteer for a reason.
