    You should make it 1800 Health Points for Level 1 and 2000 for Level 2 and 2200 for Level 3 and 2400 for Level 4 and 2600 for Level 5. I think you should have the Damage per second at 40 for Level 1 and 50 for Level 2 and 60 for Level 3 and 70 for Level 4 and 80 for Level 5. I don't think Dark Elixir Troops have very many levels, So maybe there should be less levels. What do you think?

    Maybe 60 DPS with 1700 hit points for level one? Level two would be 70 DPS and 1750 hit points, then 80 DPS and 1800 hit points?

    Change of effective Defense

    Just an opinion.
    The Cyclops should receive double-damage ONLY from wizard towers and mortars(replaces the hidden tesla) because the hidden tesla already deals double-damage to P.E.K.K.A. You can put the description that the Cyclops is so large he receives full splash damage from wizard towers and mortars. This is because if you put it that he takes triple damage from wizard towers and hidden tesla, plus the fact that he takes 30 damage from disarming traps, the Cyclops will actually die pretty fast. There are at least 4 spring traps, 6 bombs, 4 giant bombs, 4 air mines and 3 seeking mines which can amount to at least 630 damage. That's more than half the Cyclops health. With the double(or triple) damage he takes, the Cyclops shall go 'poof' pretty quickly.

    I'll add the weakness to Splash damage in for double damage, as that is a better idea.

    Don't you think the cost to upgrade it is a little on the expensive side? You would need A LOT of Dark Elixir if you want to even level this troop to Level 2. This really needs to get changed!
