See when I posted my trap seeker, I went for a Blood Hound. It sniffs traps within 4 tiles. While searching, its speed is cut in half. When it detects a trap, it charges at full speed and it sacrifices itself to activate the trap. All these work together to make my troop balanced and not OP. It requires players to use them properly. Rather than dumping it in and hoping for the best. With the blood hound, you would choose your point of attack, drop it there to clear a path for your other troops. When making it, I thought about defending against it, and attacking with it. Now I get that the cyclops is a Dark troop and it should be powerful. But Something with such power should have a higher purpose than traps. Otherwise he will activate all the traps and the defender will have to spend a ton of money to reactivate. Maybe if its favorite target was something else like xbows or something like that. And while an xbow is still operational, he is enraged and stronger, once the xbow is destroyed, he calms slightly and does slightly less damage. That is what I would imagine something so big and muscular would act like. And it works better with a high level troop like this one since the xbow is something only higher level players have to worry about. I am not trying to smash your idea. I would just hate to see such a massive beast whose main focus is traps. I feel like the trap seeker needs to be created. But it should be a weaker normal troop like the blood hound. And please don't take what I am saying as me just throwing out your idea because I think mine is better. That's not it at all. I would honestly love to see the cyclops. Its definitely a cool troop. But I'd much rather see him as an angry beast that strikes fear in his opponents, instead of an inconvenience who deactivates traps and costs his opponents money. I hope you see what I am saying. Keep the troop, change his objective. That is simply my opinion. And I hope I haven't offended you with it.
