Our clan is called Vaden.
We have 10 members at the moment and 8 of us have fought in a former clan together, where we won 18 wars. Our current clan is 2-0. We take a unique approach to the concept of a clan. Once someone has proved themselves in war, loyalty and trust, then, we promote them up to Co Leader. Most clans give out Co Leader spots like candy , and the question is, if they give that up so easily, what is it really worth. In truth, nothing, you end up being just another number. We believe that when people earn that they are more likely to want the clan to succeed. This concept works because we have 6 Co Leaders besides myself and we have been through thick and thin together and we are die hard loyal. Our plan is to max the clan out at 15 people. 15 eventual Co Leaders is our goal. We require very little in the way of donations, we take care of our people, but we do require people show up on War Day and participate.
Our Troops
Basically we have everything but witches at the moment. Here are our mainstays and most used.
We begin wars at 10am Eastern Time, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Which means of course, we fight Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We take Sundays off. Sometimes if we need to replenish rssources we will take that down to 2 wars in a week so everyone can restock.
We have a proven battle strategy that wins wars, we are disciplined and we believe in ownership and promotions. If you would like to join us here are our requirements. No Clan Hoppers. You must have at least 1300 Trophies. If you seem willing to fight and learn we will consider you at 1000. You must show up for the wars. Your first attack is for stars, your second can be for loot. We have no requirements on donations but look upon that as a factor for promotions at times. We take care of our people.
