Hey Avernicus, I really like your designs.

I use a modified Hades' Dining Table in my war base, and it is only ever attacked late in the game, and then only with superior armies, which means (I guess) that it scares everyone else off!

(I really mean it about the superior armies, I got a Lv 3 dragon rush and last time was Golem and Wizard...)

Can you talk a bit about the intention with the layout and openings? Rajin especially looks good with it's large spiral, but the other spiral is open too. Isn't the intention to pull the tower seekers away from one set of paths and onto the other?

The design on Raijin is such that IF hoggers attack, they will be drawn directly towards the center of the base, which in the secondary layer houses the double gbombs.

I adopted the same concept in Fujin, just that the base is more systematic and solid as compared to Raijin (Thus they can be considered brothers in this aspect albiet a different personality which lies in its overall design).

In Fujin's case, the hoggers will be directed along the perimeter of the base and WILL head towards the northeastern and southwestern parts of the core where the gbombs will roast them instantly.

As for the spiral part that u've mentioned in Raijin, basically its designed to stop any attacks across HALF the base. Irregardless of where the troops are deployed, once they hit the secondary layer, the army comps will head across a semi-circle route of the base which basically means half of it. This will in turn reduce the losses incurred in heavy attacks. As u can see from the replays, most the attacks in Raijin only manage to reach 2 of my gold storages. The same concept applies here for Fujin. Hope i've answered your question.

I'm currently experimenting with one of the transformations in my list- Messatsu Fujin, where the teslas are swapped with the gbombs in the core for maximum firepower along side archer queen and xbows. Hopefully the replay logs are in my favour. :P

Hey Avernicus, nice bases, thanks for sharing!
I'm upgrading to th9 in 2 days from a defenses/walls/hero maxed Th8. I am in gold II at the moment, maybe I will push a bit depending on loot.
Which design do you suggest for a baby TH9?
I may try Ringus too as it seems to be a very solid base but I like labyrinth design aswell and I'm willing to try yours.

Thanks for the link, I missed that thread somehow.
How come all these TH9 designs aren't in your signature yet?
    Anyway, thanks for your help.

The bases look awesome, but they don't seem to be effective. The defensive logs did not show good results.
