    [ Fūjin / Raijin ] - TH9 Labyrinth

    Introduction

    Swift and mighty they came...
    Swirling up hurricanes and smiting with streaks of lightning..
    Fūjin and Raijin appeared in the darkest of skies...
    Shinto Gods of the ancient world...


    And so comes the long awaited labyrinth of TH9...


    Design ( Fūjin )

    With 250 walls, I've attempted to create a base that would break as many army comps as possible.

    Double giant bombs in the middle of the base for instant baconisation. The pathing is made such that no matter where the hogs are deployed, they will be brought through the middle towards of the xbows into the double g-roasters.

    For giants, given the fact that there are external defenses without the protection of walls, they would head for those instead of bearding senselssly trying to breach those defenses behind walls.

    If wallbreakers blast through those walls, giants will be pathed directly through several spring traps and into the zap zone of wizard towers.

    Archer Queen placed in the core for royal firepower along side her other two trusty xbows. Xbows can be set to both ground and air with coverage until the outskirts of the seconday layer with slight inclusion of the outermost defenses.

    Barbarian King housed in front of the DE storage to act as a tanker and smash down tiny foes that try to sneak away with some precious dark liquid.

    Pros:

    -Highly versatile base
    -Capable of anti hog, anti giant, anti barch.
    -AI pathing oriented
    -Centered CC
    -Xbows can be set to both ground and air w/o worrying about lack of coverage
    -Heroes housed within base.

    Cons:

    -Might be weak against GoWiWi/GoWiPe.
    -Easy to 50% since most buildings are outside.

    Transformations

    This base can undergo many transformations by rearranging buildings and making use of the extra walls. Here's one of the many transformations:

    Messatsu Fūjin



    In Messatsu Fujin, the giant bombs are swapped with the teslas to provide the maximum possible DPS core there is- xbows, AQ, teslas.

    Gbombs are paired off with small bombs on the two corners of the base where attacks are most likely to come from. This is done as a pre-emptive measure against possible hog deployement.

    Several funnels are closed to transform the layout into a much more solid archetype. With high levelled walls, a solid layout would translate to a solid deterrence against attacks.

    Pros:
    --> Multiple 2x2 spaces that guises giant bombs and teslas both interior and exterior.
    --> Unique overall design that makes it very difficult for initial attack ideas.
    --> Well-seated CC and duo Heroes in the heart of the base.
    --> Inward funneling on multiple locations to take out tier 1 troops
    --> Well protected giant bombs to kill hogs/ mass damage giants.
    --> Heroes placed near core for added defense

    Cons:

    --> Requires high level xbows to function optimally
    --> Possibly weak against th10s

    Looks good, but laby bases frequently lose against barch. The more anti-hog the better for barch. It seems that three storages is fairly easy with a barch army.

    U're only seeing one design of the base.. :P the other one has yet to come...

    A masterpiece for sure but the AD are exposed a bit and drags will appreciate it. I love this base design and I'm sure a lot of people will skip it looking for something more conventional base to attack. Picture with defense logs and cc ratio will be great. Farming and trophy versions?
