What should I upgrade (New TH9)

so ive been at th9 for about 2 weeks now and idk what to do with my 4th builder. im thinking about spending all my gold on walls but after that the builder wont be occupied so i might do a tesla. with the other 3 im going to keep upgrading my AT, WT, and AD.

Spend your gold on walls and do an elixir upgrade. I'd say army camp or de drill.

Focus on elixir upgrades for now, use extra gold on defenses that aren't up to par with the ones you have from TH8.

I can't see the picture, probably some proxy issues. Do you finished the fourth elixir tank? If not - finish it. You will want some elixir reserve for all the 6 -7M research.
