Adamant Recruitment Thread (Mature, Active & Sociable players wanted)
Hello everyone!
I will be introducing my new clan ‘Adamant’. First of all, I’ve seen some pretty awesome recruitment threads, apologies for not having the same level of presentation. I hope I still manage to explain and present to you what my new clan ‘Adamant’ is about. With a bit more depth than I can convey on global chat (god that’s hard). This post will serve as a recruitment/ information thread (for existing members). I might have got a bit carried away it's 1100 words (it crashed the web page!!), for those not willing to read it in its entirety there is a TL;DR version at the bottom.
About me
I’m a 20 year old male student living in Paris. I’m into a lot of things, but more relevantly, strategy games. I joined clash in Mid-April when I went back home to England and found my brother constantly playing it, I tried it out… got pretty hooked from the get go. I bought 4 builders after a week of playing, and got the 5th one 2 weeks or so ago. 2 and ½ months later, I’m a max th7 with 5 builders going up to th8 in 2 days. You could say I’m pretty active, and I love farming. However, when I really started to adore the game was when I joined my previous clan and had an amazing time helping people get to where they wanted, making friends, and having fun in general. Sadly, that clan went downhill a bit and I felt ready to bring into fruition my clan, and start my own family. I’m keeping a fairly relaxed focus as to decision making (when to war, what to do, etc.) but I do want active clan members with whom we can help each other improve.

My next goal is to bring my th8 base to essentially a bigger version of a th7 base (i.e. all walls 7, and mortars lvl 4 ) as soon as possible, and then do quite a bit of trophy pushing see if I can try for crystal 3.
About the clan

The clan was created after I realised that each clan I went to I was pretty much orgnaizing the whole clan anyway. I decided I wanted a mature clan full of respect and good organization/ leadership.
The main people in the clan are people I know are mature and good players, as you may see that we have some lower level players. That’s fine for the time being, as long as they continue making progress it’s all that matters. The main purpose of the clan is to share and help one another while having an enjoyable time doing so.
The many features of the clan are as follows:
Only active, mature and sociable players who are ready to help or to discuss anything at any time. Our players are from all over the world so there will always be someone online!
I’m prepared to do some interesting things:
There will be a website underway for the main purpose of organizing clan wars, (I am a programmer so I will code a simple program where people can register their attacks and maybe write a little comment about their strategy.) This will avoid people preparing an all dragon raid for 5hours only to find their target had been taken by someone who hadn’t read the chat.
I am also planning, once I have engaged clan mates, to have challenges every week or so. These will help keep things exciting if they are willing to participate. This will include; timed trophy pushes (as individuals and as a clan in whole), farming goals/ competitions, best replay attack with certain army composition as well as a few other things.
High donations will be encouraged by co-leaders for all players, but it is not necessary as I have a motivated team who are willing to donate high amounts of lvl4+ troops. I never want people to have an empty clan castle.
As mentioned earlier I am looking for mature players but anyone 17/18+ are welcome.
I believe communication is key in clash, as it is in life. I would preferably like all my clan members to at least say hi or chat for a bit, (I understand it isn’t always realistically doable). It’s always nice to get to know people.
The clan so far is a bit multilingual, I certainly speak a few languages, but to avoid misunderstanding I would prefer for people to have a reasonable level in English.
I believe the position of Elder is to be given to a trusted member and it will not be given until I believe you are ready for it. I won’t mention Co-Leader on here, at least until I get to know you.
Note: What I class as misbehavior or anything that is negative towards the clan and its members will not be taken lightly. I am not afraid of using the BAN-HAMMER/ demoting people, (if they are a member or demoting if they are Elder/ Co-leader).
Inactivity I will be slightly more tolerant to, especially if it’s explained or it has reached my attention in advance.
Why and how you should join
This clan is be fun, it will be challenging and motivating at the same time. With a bit of luck, and some great people I want this clan to have a one big family feel to it.
We currently have a few great th7+ players, with the highest being a th9 player. Last season, in my previous clan, I donated 3500 troops easily. I’m planning on doing more with this clan.
What I’m looking for
I’m looking for players with the ambition of maxing out or testing their limits, and still be an integral part of the clan at the same time. Ideally sociable people who want to come chill out and talk to some interesting people are very welcome!
Requirements:
There aren’t very many requirements
I want this clan to be for the more active, mature clashers, it’s obviously easier to get on with people of your age range. That means anything 17~18+ is very welcome.
I would prefer it if it’s your primary account you join with
For now I’ll say any leveled person is welcome as long as they fit the personality requirements. Be warned, as the clan gets higher level people the people lacking far behind might not get to stay.
When requesting, to make it fair to everyone, don’t be too specific what you want and be grateful for the troops you do get.

Clan is progressing quite a few bronze medal people but that's totally fine as I'm sure they will enjoy the friendly and helpful environment. Everyone started from there.
Update: The clan was full yesterday for the first time, and the clan will be changed to invite only. Anyone who is interested in joining should now either post something on here about themselves or send a request to join where we will see.
I am very happy with the progress the clan and it's members are making and so I feel we should have our first clan war.
The clan war will take place in 2 days, as in i will start searching on the 6th around midday. So battle on the 7th
The simple fact I haven't needed to post on here for over week is obviously a good sign that the clan is doing great. I'm really starting to like the team, got the foundations of the clan sorted.
We won our first war and are currently doing one now.
The reason I'm bumping is because I'm still looking for a few more active, friendly people and after the war is done I will be kicking/ demoting those who; sadly have become innactive, didn't attack in the war without warning me first or aren't meeting the activity requirements.

Lost our first clan war today bringing us to a total of 3-1, loosing is also part of battle. No biggie. I decided that my clan had a stand enough core (30 players) to kick out all of the players who didn't fit. We are no recruiting again with the aim of finding more core players, until we are full of core players

I recently kicked a fair few people from my clan as I decided i was looking for quality and not quanitity.
So we are recruiting again!
I'm looking for a few active/ friendly players before the war on Saturday, join soon and be part of the war!
