This is just silly. Giant bombs, more specifically town hall 8 and 9's giant bombs got a buff against hogs, town hall 10 already 2 shots max hogs. It is likely going to be 25% or so to better balance the lower town hall's defenses against hogs and keep the balance at town hall 10, unless hogs lvl 6 come out.

tl;dr Giant bombs are being balanced against hogs for lower town halls.

Hogs are worse off for it, it's pretty common to call something in a game which is worse off for after an update a nerf. Direct or indirect.

On topic: They buffed the giant bomb, not the hogs! So stop complaining about a forumer and instead of "hogs nerfed" it is "giant bomb buffed"
