Clan Wars (Matchmaking process) Need Help!

This game use to be so much fun, I love wars because they really bring a new purpose to clans. But I am having a huge problem that I know a lot of people are experiencing. we started off with a 9 win streak and now we just lost our 3rd war in a row. The last 3 wars we have lost the clans we faced had close to 3,000+ trophies on us and were extremely active...I'm
losing members cause no one likes to keep losing. My question, is there a way to get a fair matchmaking process? Most of my players are lvl 63 and down, but we have one lvl 92, is it because we have a lvl 92 that make the matchmaking process off? If you know any ways to help get a fair match let me know!!

Sounds like your clan is a bunch of whiny babies. Get real clan members. They will help win the wars for you, and not those, (OMG this clan sucks at wars I'm leaving.) guys. Also, plan your attack better. Host competitions for Cw, like the partners with the most combined stars gets a prize at the end of the day. And then give them whatever they want for a day. You will then make a great clan, better people will join, and it goes up from there.

No, he's right. This is yet another post complaining about the same thing they exploit. I'm sure at least 3 of those 9 wins were like these 3 losses. I would rather have a war and get at least something than have to wait forever to get a perfect match. It will get better for your clan. Deal with it.
