Now it says 5/25 but troop request in chat says full amd disapperaed

you might have used the CC troops before requesting.

it will not be refreshed within 20 mins.

wait for 20 mins then request again. it will show the actual number of troops in the cc.

i think this is to prevent to get the 25000 help troops achievement (immediately).

This is caused by bad connection from that of either the donator or the reciever
