    Still having issues

    Getting initial error message
    Application Specific Information:
    Hay Day[355] has active assertions beyond permitted time:

    com.supercell.soil failed to exit in time

    Tried all the troubleshooting.
    Here's the info requested:
    1. Device model iPhone 5c
    2. Operating system (version if possible) iOS 7.1.2
    3. The country in which you are US
    4. Your internet service provider (if you are trying to use WiFi at home) n/a
    5. Your mobile service provider att
    6. Tried Wifi (yes/no) yes
    7. Tried 3G/4G (yes/no) yes
    8. Have the latest version of Hay Day installed (yes/no) yes (newer than the one quoted in this post)
    9. For how long did you wait (app open, and stuck at "Updating..") until you quit the app? About a minute before it times out.

    If none of the above helps, please post the following information so we can dig deeper into this issue:

    3. The country in which you are
    4. Your internet service provider (if you are trying to use WiFi at home)

    Angry unable to sync my farm from google plus...?

    NEXUS 4
    ANDROID : 4.2.2
    i recently formatted my phone & i wanna recover old farm with google plus...
    But the pop up of recovering option of google plus doesnt work.. Unable to access both the option & nothing happens if i press any of them... Plzz help ASAP... nw its been a while & lot of users facing this prob...

    latest google play update

    Hi there, I STILL cannot get into hay day after the latest update. It says its installed but for the last 3 days when I go into hayday it askes me yo upgrade for 5 diammonds! Please can you sort it. Im a daily player and reallt missing it and I want to see my bees!

    8. Have the latest version of Hay Day installed : yes, but i can't install the latest one, my provider is "mobiginie", it doesn't updating yet somehow...?
    9. For how long did you wait (app open, and stuck at "Updating..") : it automatically open an update window, but the mobiginie has't provide any update for me, and so i can't really call it update...

    in previous case i happen to stuck for weeks before hayday got another update, hopefully this time, it doesn't take that long...

    hi i am steve from iran . my device is iphone 5s gsm with latest ios 7.1.2 and my phone even is not jailbroken and hay day version is also the latest . ive allready checked it from usage menu . i have tried edge celular 3g and 4g internet and also tried many many different wifi connections . i have waited for like 2 hourse to loggin in the game . but when i try to open the game it says connecting and then changes to updating on and on . i have tried turnin the phone on and off . deleting hay day and download back from appstore . opening it from game center . i have tried many different internet providers in my country . and i know iran is not banned by super cell cuz i am e clash of clans player and it has no problems and also other friends also playing hayday on android device , and beside i was playing hayday with no such problems but suddenly i got this problems. its been 2 month . and i hav etried everything to get back to the game . thank you . plz help me !!!!IMG_0292.jpgIMG_0290.jpg

    problem updating with server or server disconnect

    this morning so many times the game change to black then back to apple ipad2 menu or sometimes show server is not connecting.

    8. Have the latest version of Hay Day installed (yes/no) V. 1.20.126.13
    9. For how long did you wait (app open, and stuck at "Updating..") until you quit the app? few minutes and had about 10 times this morning for last hour.

    i can't load the game

    ,please help me to load my game..after u did the update i can't play..everytime i open the game it was going to start menu..

    Solved !

    Guys with ipads - after latest update i stuck between updating/connecting - but now solved !

    I'm testing it now will update you shortly but mainly it works - stay tuned

    Updating Connecting Updatin Connecting Crash

    Hello Im using I pad mini and i try all of your helps but cant log in to game... I have IoS 8. Version of game 1,20,121
    Trying Wifi/3G restarts, and reinstalls... but it doesnt work... it longs i think 2 weeks from update with Bees... Thank you for help Moudy

    updating connecting ...

    hi,

    after few months of playing without problems, from this morning i stucked on start screen with "updating" text. i tried a few reboots and reinstall the newest version from play store 1.20.125, still the same problem.


    1. Device model - Asus FHD10 (me302c)2. Operating system (version if possible) - android 4.3
    3. The country in which you are - Czech
    4. Your internet service provider (if you are trying to use WiFi at home) - internet connection works without problems (tv, pc, smartphones)
    5. Your mobile service provider - no
    6. Tried Wifi (yes/no) - yes
    7. Tried 3G/4G (yes/no) - no
    8. Have the latest version of Hay Day installed (yes/no) - yes
    9. For how long did you wait (app open, and stuck at "Updating..") until you quit the app? - about an hour
