    Still Not Working

It is not recommended to remove/uninstall Hay Day if you aren't 100% sure that your farm is/was connected to Game Center, Facebook or Google+.

    If none of the above helps, please post the following information so we can dig deeper into this issue:

    1. Device model
    2. Operating system (version if possible)
    3. The country in which you are
    4. Your internet service provider (if you are trying to use WiFi at home)
    5. Your mobile service provider
    6. Tried Wifi (yes/no)
    7. Tried 3G/4G (yes/no)
    8. Have the latest version of Hay Day installed (yes/no)
    9. For how long did you wait (app open, and stuck at "Updating..") until you quit the app?

    We'll make all we can to fix this, but we need a bit more information! Please also post here if you got it to work, and how. Thanks for all your help and support on this!

    9. Downloads, opens Hay Day as if restarting game from beginning (giving up the farm), then goes back to app page

    Playing again...

    Hi Nick,
    I can play on my farm again,after 4 weeks, but there is a problem with the App Store. I can't use it at all .When I click on it to buy something the game turns off. I can't buy the sewing machine or any other trees or animals . What is to be done?? Please Nick, sort this out as soon as possible.Thanks a lot and best regards from Romania!!!

    I have the same problem with fishing spoot and town. What am I suppose to do uninstall the game, are u sur its not gonna be from the first level im at 54 I can't lose all the work I did

    Angry will u help me

    I been trying to update my game for 5 days now and it not working it there tell me I don't have the memory or it giving a error 919 so plase fix this so I can keep playing:eek:

    a problem with my hay day store..

    Hi Nick,
    Sorry for my bothering you again but I can' t buy animals,trees and machineries because when I click on the store, the game turns off.That is happening after the last updating.Please , fix it because I can't wait to buy and use the sewing machine!!Best regards from Romania! Nicole

    Hi, we are playing hay day on two ipads, each with our own farm. One farm is ok, but on the other farm the server stays in maintenance.
    1. Ipad3
    2. iOS 7.1.2
    3. Netherlands
    4. Versatel (both ipads)
    5. ---
    6. Only wifi
    7. No
    8. Yes 1.19.85
    9 more then an hour

    What can we do?

    There have passed 2 weeks since I first wrote you about my store that turned off the game..I still can't use the store.When I click on it , the game turns off.Why does this happen?? I have got 2 more levels in 2 weeks time and I can't buy my new machineries that I really need them ! So, please Nick sort this problem out!! Thank you and best regards from Romania!!     Angry Can't connect

    Staying at hotel ipad works fine except for hayday. Try to connect but get message server unable to connect. What is going on? Have uninstalled and reinstalled game but that doesn't help.

    The STORE STILL DOESN'T WORK AND TURNS OFF THE GAME ...TO MY BIGGEST DISAPPOINTING !!

    I'm Nicole.I wrote you so many times about the store that turns off the game when I click on it...My Hay Day is 47 level now and I really need to buy the Soup and Sewing machineries, to redecorate my farm, to buy more animals and so on...I still can't do it for 3 weeks!!! Please,Nick, sort this problem out! I write some information that maybe is needed for solving the problem:
