    error code 919 while updating

    Can't update cant play' spent diamonds on boy for help

    4. If nothing helps, and you are 100% sure that your farm is connected to Game Center, Facebook or Google+, you can try to remove Hay Day from your device, and re-install it. It is not recommended to remove/uninstall Hay Day if you aren't 100% sure that your farm is/was connected to Game Center, Facebook or Google+.

    If none of the above helps, please post the following information so we can dig deeper into this issue:

    1. Device model. Rca rct6077w22
    2. Operating system (version if possible).
    3. The country in which you are. Usa
    4. Your internet service provider (if you are trying to use WiFi at home). Frontier
    5. Your mobile service provider
    6. Tried Wifi (yes/no). Yes
    7. Tried 3G/4G (yes/no). No
    8. Have the latest version of Hay Day installed (yes/no). Yes
    9. For how long did you wait (app open, and stuck at "Updating..") until you quit the app?
    Won't update
    We'll make all we can to fix this, but we need a bit more information! Please also post here if you got it to work, and how. Thanks for all your help and support on this!

    can not update the app

    hey guys i can not update my app, when i went to play store it shows that this app is incompatible with your device but in the same device and in the same app i have reached to level 28 ... not it shows updated needed,...

    Like I said...

    It's like I said from the beginning, now that the updated version is finally up on play store I got back into the game... would have been nice two weeks ago.
    Well, at least I can play until the next update in a few days.

    Angry Update not working

    1. Device model - Galaxy S3
    2. Operating system (version if possible) - 4.4.2
    3. The country in which you are - USA
    4. Your internet service provider (if you are trying to use WiFi at home) - Frontier (fiber service)
    5. Your mobile service provider - CREDO (sprint backbone)
    6. Tried Wifi (yes/no) - yes
    7. Tried 3G/4G (yes/no) - yes
    8. Have the latest version of Hay Day installed (yes/no) - 1.18.168 (when I go to the Google Play Store my only options are an Update button and an Uninstall button, there is no Download Latest Version button
    9. For how long did you wait (app open, and stuck at "Updating..") until you quit the app? - this time, 3 days

    3. The country in which you are: Guatemala
    4. Your internet service provider (if you are trying to use WiFi at home): Claro
    5. Your mobile service provider: Tigo
    6. Tried Wifi (yes/no): yes
    7. Tried 3G/4G (yes/no): yes
    8. Have the latest version of Hay Day installed (yes/no): yes
    9. For how long did you wait (app open, and stuck at "Updating..") until you quit the app?: it says "app cant be installed in the default" but i do have space, never had problems with updates and in the info app it says already have the laterst version, but when try to open it says i have to update it and wont let me play.

    Tried everything suggested and got rid of loads to make space but it downloading half then saying...
    "Cannot be installed in the default installation location "
    Gutted if i cant play anymore!

    same android device as husband, mine cannot update, his is ok

    1. Device model - Samsung Galaxy Tab 2

    6. Tried Wi-Fi - Not yet but I will later
    7. Tried 3G/4G - YES
    8. Have the latest version of Hay Day installed (yes/no) - Its version 1.18.166, unable to connect to previous optional update
    9. For how long did you wait (app open, and stuck at "Updating..") until you quit the app? - hours, i clicked on "update" in Google Play, saw "waiting for network", slept, I'm now at work, its still waiting for network. Hubby connected to my phone thru wi-fi (same samsung device, mine is 3G, his is wi-fi ready only), he updated Hay Day and did not have any issues.

    Lightbulb Wi-FI works!!!!!!!

    Disconnect your 3G and connect through Wi-Fi, you can now download and go back to the game!!!! Hooray!

    still cant update

    it gets to 61% then says "cant install in the default destination", please help!!
