My account is still banned. I sent an email to Hay Day support and haven't heard back from them for a month now. I played on my iPad daily for 1.5 years and have never used a 3rd party programs or modified the game whatsoever!
I am still clueless why I was banned and no reason given at all!![]()

I have the same problem and so frustrated. Never used a tool, wouldn't know how to.
I just played and now I cant. I emailed, got a reply telling my why and since then no replies to any of my
emails. Boo ! Not happy....
Same here, I replied back to their email saying my account was banned incorrectly several times but so far no replies at all. I got this response from Hay Day a month ago:

I am sorry to hear that your account has been banned, however, if your account got banned with the message “This account has been banned due to a violation of our terms and conditions” it means that our team found enough evidence in your account to suspect the use of a third party automated or semi-automated tool that carries out tasks in the game, in which case, we have the rights to suspend and/or terminate this account.

Yes, exactly the same reply. Sent a few more emails but now I don't get a response.
♥♥♥♥♥♥ off too say the least as I have done nothing wrong..
I finally gave up and deleted all the emails I have sent to Hay Day support today. Guess what? I just received an email from Supercell but totally unrelated to Hay Day but Clash of Clans!!
Here's the email I just received:

I give up on Hay Day. They will never undo the ban although I have done nothing wrong!Third-party program or modify the game??? Sorry, I have never even heard of these programs at all, nevermind using them...argh!
