Maybe, unless you can prove somehow that no other software or program was used to enhance your game. If you can somehow show that you did not, then yes you should contact support through the help/support section of this forum. If I can find the proper link I will come back to post it, or it may be on this thread somewhere above.

I saw that game developers are in Helsinki, Finland. My husband is originally from Estonia. It is on the opposite shore of the Gulf of Finland, the city of Kohtla-Jarve. There his home, his mother lives. I joke: let's go to your mother, at the same time see the headquarters Supercell)))

Playing hay day on a computer is against the TOS because it requires a 3rd party program which changes the original game code. That is why you are banned. This has been detailed on the forums before.

Customer support normally only responds to problems related to real money purchases or bugs/problems caused by the app itself. Problems caused by customers' mistake take rather low priority, especially when it has nothing to do with real money purchases.

If your son used some emulators to play HayDay on a PC, then he's already violated the Terms of service, which would result in a block/ban. Customer support cannot do anything about it.

I find it funny that when the ban swept in, suddenly there are so many "newbies" show up and complain. Could it be that these are the people behind those strange farms
