why I still cannot login hayday? account banned!

It's all very frustrating, even more so that the customer service is soooooo bad.

We have started to dig into accounts which are suspected of using using 3rd party tools (or some other way to interfere with our services) to run Hay Day and such accounts have been banned. It is against the TOS. Here's the quote from the TOS:

We do not support any 3rd party software to run Hay Day on unsupported platforms. The only supported platforms are iOS and Android (which have access to Google Play Store).

Nick, I have been banned but never used any sort of tool. My ban is totally unfair and wrong. I loved playing this
game and made a lovely farm. No one ever replies to emails. My animals miss me and I miss them...

Could you please kindly tell me the specific reason and what is the next step?I like this game which lead me to buy this farm three weeks ago from my own money from other farmer and I don't want to loss this progress becouse of the previous farmer, so is there any possiblity to return back the game...... please

I think that's the reason right there.

The fact that you speak openly about purchasing a farm indicates you didn't know that was against the rules. I guess both the buyer and seller in these kinds of transactions are held to account.

Sorry it turned out so badly for you. Your story will probably serve as a warning to others who are considering going this route.
