why I still cannot login hayday? account banned!

Hey Guys,

We have started to dig into accounts which are suspected of using using 3rd party tools (or some other way to interfere with our services) to run Hay Day and such accounts have been banned. It is against the TOS. Here's the quote from the TOS:

We do not support any 3rd party software to run Hay Day on unsupported platforms. The only supported platforms are iOS and Android (which have access to Google Play Store).

The rest of the terms are clear to me, but what exactly do you mean by "c h e a t s"? Is wheatin' considered c h e a t i n'?

Wheating is ok as long as you plant and harvest the wheat yourself and don't use any type of automated software. A link to the wheating thread has been stickied forever. If planting wheat to get expansion materials was illegal, the link would have been deleted.

You're not banned without a cause or reason, so Nick has said that you can contact SC if you think you're wrongly banned. And please use proper English.


I find it funny that when the ban swept in, suddenly there are so many "newbies" show up and complain. Could it be that these are the people behind those strange farms . Way to go SuperCell, there are still many of those automated farms out there , waiting to be cracked down.
