why I still cannot login hayday? account banned!

During I was playing I lost the connection and when I tried to reconnect I receive the following message:
This account has been banned due to a violation of our term and condition.
I was playing on an Android tablet.
I can't understand why I have been banned and how long the ban is.
Anybody knows? Thanks.

We have started to dig into accounts which are suspected of using using 3rd party tools (or some other way to interfere with our services) to run Hay Day and such accounts have been banned. It is against the TOS. Here's the quote from the TOS:

Use c h e a t s, exploits, automation software, bots, h a c k s, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service, any Supercell Game or any Supercell game experience or without Supercell’s express written consent, modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Service or any Supercell game.

We do not support any 3rd party software to run Hay Day on unsupported platforms. The only supported platforms are iOS and Android (which have access to Google Play Store).

I come across several every day, some even stating a website in the farm name, from which you can purchase gold and items for real money.
