Well, someone has apparently stolen your social media account and then used it to steal your farm. Lots of people have found themselves in the same situation as yours. Unfortunately, securing your social media account is your responsibility and I doubt SuperCell would intervene in those cases. Nonetheless, you can report your problem and hope SC would do something, or try to retake your social media account and with it, your farm, provided that the h-acker has not changed the farm link from your social media account to his. Good luck![]()

So sorry for your loss! I hope your farm can be recovered.
"I've grown tired of the articulate utterances of men and things. The mystical in art, the mystical in life, the mystical in nature, this is what I am looking for and in the great symphonies of music, the initiation of sorrow, and in the depths of the sea I may find it. It is absolutely necessary for me to find it somewhere." -O. Wilde
I regularly change passwords for personal accounts and follow the general advice of using a combination of letters, numbers, symbols (if permitted) and upper and lower case too for passwords.
Never use your date of birth, the word password for your password etc.
Also I know facebook and google offer an option to link a mobile phone number or second email address for security so you can recover your account in case of a compromise.
I use a completely separate email address for all social media accounts - facebook etc and never share it or use it for general emails and so far, so good - touch wood!
I'm afraid mine is only connected via GC and have never been able to connect to facebook (loathe it but have it to stay in touch with old school friends) so can't suggest anymore. As someone has got into your social media account, it's a bind, but it might be an idea to open a new one with a new email address that you don't share with anyone and start again - I'm sure your friends wouldn't mind accepting a second friend request from you and then take steps to close the other account (once you have got your farm hopefully back). One of my friends had their account compromised and we all received emails for a wrinkle cream in the early hours of the morning. I though they were being a bit cheeky esp. As they were older than me! A quick message and they had no idea the account had been compromised! Sorry I digress!

Hi PerkyCox,
first and foremost, keep your passwords under lock and chain (google for tips on creating strong passwords, or use a good password generator).
Use 2-step verification if available (G+, AppleID and FB all have this option) and fully set up password recovery on each account.
Strictly control what you post on your accounts, be careful of whom you befriend, etc.
Also, keep your email addresses private, do not open suspicious URLs/visit suspicious sites (they're normally phishing scams, designed to steal your login credentials). Android tends to be more vulnerable to malwares than stock iOS
If possible, do not share your main social media (SM) account with others (at least the one you deemed most important). Family members tend to share their accounts among each other, which makes them more vulnerable.
In order for the SM accounts to truly stay safe, you must also secure all things linked to your SM accounts, including emails, phones, etc.
Here are some useful articles to start with :

Plus never believe emails from a friend who claims to be stuck overseas without money or passport. Someone got my email once and all my friends were told I was in London and needed them to wire me money. They all knew better because I had just told most of them that I was visiting my daughter and she lives in the states too. They also know I don't travel out of the country. When my husband tried to tell them all by Facebook that I was fine, this person had my Facebook account too. It was a pain getting it all back.
