Cannot load hayday / crashing

Thought this was my phone that had the problem but obviously not!! About to fire off my email!!

One more thing if you haven't emailed them yet about this problem then I would like to ask you all not to do so.
They are working on it and more emails at this point only adds to the workload of support meaning the queue for other issues gets longer.

Also, funny, not getting any push notifications wich is sooo unusual.

Ok, was able to answer my own question, I can load & play on Android phone but not chat cause font too small. Same farm same account just can't use on IOS.

I don't know if this is just me, but whenever I go into Hay Day, it crashes, I've tried restarting my phone multiple times and it still crashes

I know this was already chatted about but am using my Iphone 4 and the game isn't loading for me either. :'( It loads but never lets me in and kicks me off, I thought it was my phone till I went on an app for Facebook and found out it had crashed, hope the game gets fixed so we can all play soon, thanks!

I am on my iPad mini and it loads but then doesn't quite finish it shuts down. Although I just tried my iPhone, and I am in Hay Day.

every time i open my game .. it closes again .

i deleted it and downloaded again but still the same problem ..

this problem happened after the new cream cake event ...

many people have the same problem


please tell use what is the solution of this problem .
