Max Out or Move Up: TH7 - TH8

Hello all, today I am seeking advice on whether to move up to TH8 or Max out everything at TH7. Please don't be mean and give constructive advice and suggestions. Here is my base:

I have 2 million elixir right now and I am waiting for Drags to get done so I can upgrade rage Spell.
I never get above 500,000 gold because I am spending it on my walls. Also I have 9,400 DE.

First of all, great base! I would upgrade EVERYTHING that doesn't require dark, such as getting Level 2 Minions and your BK, instead focusing on upgrading your walls, your mines/pumps (if you want) and then go up, or if you want to farm DE at TH7, that works. The only reason why I'd go up to TH8 to get dark upgrades, is because it isn't worth saving that much Dark in TH7, and in TH8 you get a dark drill.

The moment i maxed everything (walls, defenses, offenses, dark troops, BK, barracks, mines, elixir, bombs, giant bombs, et al) I went on a raiding spree for gold and am now upgrading to TH8. So my advise would be to wait till you max all.. as a TH8 you will have 2 upgrades for each defense plus the new ones, so carrying more burden to do upgrades will slow you down

Just move up, I moved up without a single level 7 wall (I think) and got those level 5 troops easily. Those level 5 troops are great, they took me from gold 3 to crystal 3 (DE farming for my BK)

I'd get close to maxing out and then spend a lot less time at TH8. TH8 is a small jump from 7 relative to 6 to 7 and 8 to 9. TH 8 boring and nothing special

Th 8 is not boring, there may not be very many new buildings to get, but you get the dark elixir drill which is very helpful for those hefty barb king upgrades, as well as getting the archer queen. I say go for it
