Recruiting for Pyramidion!!!! (High level Clan War Clan)
This is a high lvl war clan for really high lvl players. Anyone with TH 7+ can join. We really want max troops and high lvl troops. WE are very active.
Clan name: “Pyramidion” it is the word used for the capstone of a pyramid. The inspiration for this name comes from the “pyramid of success” formed by Coach John Wooden of the UCLA basketball team from 1948-1975. Coach Wooden’s philosophies embody how this clan will function.
In his pyramid of success John Wooden labels the capstone as “Competitive Greatness” and he believes it is only attainable when the other building blocks are in place.
Our clan’s objective will be to succeed in war. Success is defined by John Wooden in the image above. We will be the best of which we are capable. That doesn’t mean this will be a full time job, it doesn’t mean you won’t completely ♥♥♥♥ up in war from time to time. And it doesn’t mean that you can belittle the people that do.
In this clan we will have fun by improving both individually and collectively. We will enjoy using the creativity necessary to maneuver around our constraints. We will engage with each other in chat, facebook, Google Drive and possibly Skype for ideas on how to be the best of which we are capable.
How Often Do We War?
Our War schedule will be as follows: Sunday Evening (USA, East Coast time): War Search/Prep Day Monday Evening: War Begins Tuesday Evening: War Search/Prep Day Wednesday Evening: War Begins Thursday Evening: War Search/Prep Day Friday Evening: War begins Saturday Evening: Free day (to farm, relax, etc)
We also will not start a war search if the war will fall on a holiday or if we have more than 5 members give notification they won’t be able to participate in a war.
Clan Rank System: Promotions/Demotions will be determined on a weekly basis by leader/co-leaders. Suggestions are welcome by any member.
What we look for in Members, Elders, Co-Leaders:
All members: All clan members should actively participate by donating troops, participate in clan chat, and listen to constructive criticism when it is given.
Members should be constantly improving their skills. If you do not know where you can improve you should invite members to view your attacks and give you feedback.
Members should not request troops for farming that they, themselves cannot make. (Ex. don’t request max lvl hogs when you can’t make them.) You can, however, request a variety of troops “hogs, giants, wizards”. This will help conserve elixir needed for war troops.
War requests should be very specific. Request exactly want you want in both your attack cc and war cc (E.G. “1 dragon, 5 minions” BAD EXAMPLE: “anything that flies”)
Elders: Elders should do well on war attacks and be willing to make adjustments on attack strategy, war base and troops as needed.
Elders will be assigned members, to help and guide, by co-leaders/leader.
Elders will assist leaders in managing war targets.
Elders should assist in recruiting.
Elder is an earned position, and promotions will be determined by leaders on a weekly basis.
Co-Leaders: Co-leaders will be required to use Skype periodically
Co-leaders will manage target assignments
Co-leaders will boot, demote and promote Elders when appropriate.
Co-leaders should assist in recruiting.
Leader: (cpt. Morgan) Leader will promote Elders to Co-leader
Leader will fill in for co-leaders who have to go AFK or assign someone to do it
Delegate any responsibilities needed.
Recruiting:
Recruiting can be done through person to person contacts (inviting your friends), on global and on the forums.
All rules apply to everyone!
All new members should be guided to Facebook page to review rules and fill out required data on google drive.
Rigidly Enforced: failure to comply means being kicked out of the clan is likely
Participation in war: You must utilize both attacks regardless of our position against our enemy. If you will not be able to use both attacks you must make prior (meaning before preparation day begins) arrangements with leadership in order to secure your position in the clan. If you are kicked for inactivity don’t freak out! Just request to join when you are active again.
Army Composition: Optimal army compositions are expected for use. If you aren’t sure what that composition might be, there are many enthusiastic clan mates prepared to help you in chat.
War Base Layout: Many people feel that this is where they can truly express themselves. That’s great and we love original ideas, but if your idea happens to be sub par, you will be asked to change your base. We recommend you start with a common layout and make adjustments from there. If any of the critical defensive components aren’t addressed, your base will need to be changed.
Choosing war base to raid: We have systems in place to assist with choosing your target in war. We will pilot a target reservation system in Google Drive that will be required for use. You will NOT be required to reserve targets but you ARE expected to examine the reservations before attacking. Remember that we build specific/optimal compositions for our targets, when you fail to communicate here you can cost your clan mate a lot of resources. When in doubt, just ask in chat.
External Media Use: Facebook and Google Drive are mandatory. Use of Skype is optional but highly suggested when attempting a new style of attack and/or needing advice (we just use voice call, no video).
All new members are REQUIRED to agree to these rules and guidelines as well as fill out required information on google drive. New members will have a 48 hour probation period to complete this or be removed from the clan.
