MESSAGE TO supercell - ♥♥♥♥♥ING CLan wars?

Dear Supercell

Our clan - SNEAKY SANTA is in the middle of a war against another clan. it seems that these guys are ♥♥♥♥♥ing: CxHxExAxTxIxNxG
- attacks are repeated several times. (Half way they stop and a bit later start again, several times)
- a result appears and disappears
- we even watched one reply taht ends at 49% which then was replaced with a win at 69%

Pls hurry, our war is ongoing. So you might catch the ♥♥♥♥♥ing method.

We got some videos to prove this. Happy to post them on you tube. The other Clan is THAI-TA-NIC(9).

Please do look into this, as we will no longer participate in clan wars if this continues. If there is no quick resolution, we will start an education campaign over the net to warn players. Because this really kills the fun and if going on, will ruin clan wars for god.

My suggestion to resolve it is, if during an attack the connection is dropped, so be it. No replays. Bad luck for the attacker, but at least it is fair.

SC is already aware of this issue. They are also doing their best to resolve the issue.

However, due to the involvement of external factors, it will be a bit complicated to resolve this.

We, too, are victims of such underhanded tactic. We are also hoping that SC will come up to an effective resolution to uphold a fair gameplay without compromising its established policies.

We got vids of the ghosting. however, we did not record the dual result.

A bit bit about our clan - we are mature players, most of us are working professionals - ranging from investment managers, teachers, airplane fighter pilot to retail managers responsible for business of millions of dollars.

In fact, we could have easily used the same weapon against the enemy, which we did not do. in fact, several members declared going to leave our clans, should we decide to trick as well.

I guess, my ranting is about to say that we are a very integer clan. We demand nothing. no disqualification of the enemy nor some bonus gems or whatever.

we post this as we love this game and are very, very concerned. several of the managers in our team discussed this issue and felt that the danger of this bug can not be overestimated. there are many parallels in the business world, where a successful enterprise went down the drain, because they where blinded by the success, mere statistics and ignored the user voice.

Naming and shaming is not allowed on this forum. I know this is important but dont just give the clan name unless someone asks, secondly supercell are looking into this and trying their best to fix it.

Ghosting has been reduced to 30 seconds. That's basically finding a few traps and luring the CC. To do anymore would punish far more players than currently (People with unstable connections). And as said above, no naming and shaming

Why not name the clans that are ♥♥♥♥♥ing? If supercell
wont do anything to hold them accountable, why not post their clan name? They choose to exploit the game and not play fair. reduced to 30 maybe but we just had a war and our opponents did it upwards of 50 times on the same base.keep doing it and those 30 sec add up. This has killed the biggest update ever. No name shaming, sorry they deserve to be held accountable. If you ♥♥♥♥♥ you should be called out. There should be a sticky on here with clan names that are verified ghosting clans. Before you say what proof, I have a pic of some moron from the clan that did it to us admitting it. Actually two that thought joining our clan and telling us was a smart idea.
