Your need to go to your aunts devise click the cogs in corner and try to link by setting up as hers as old yours as new it should give you a code to put in your Z2.
If her device is an android then it will be linked to a Google plus account or not linked to any account at all in what case your have to set a Google + on her devise link the game up to it ( your Google account not your aunts one if linked to your aunts then you have to get her to log in on your phone that's the only way then delete the Google plus so you don't get her emails etc)

If your aunts one is a apple. you need to sign in to game center to then transfer on to new devise.
Google + and Game centre are not the same thing.
I used to have a iPhone now got a Sony Z2 so I know it can be done as I did it.
The Z2 is a better phone than my old iPhone 5 screen res better by miles and it's water proof what is a great feature enjoy the phone and hopefully your be clashing soon.

Ps make sure you set up a Google plus account on your new phone you can the log in to your village in future on a new phone if you lose you're or it gets broken.

Still nothing happen... :-(

If you linked between IOS and Android, your village is now attached to the GC/ G+ accounts you linked with. If you sign into said account, you should get a prompt to load the attached village. What do you mean nothing happens, does it say you're connected?
