But I do wonder - you're saying restarting the game might give better chance of loot?
But I think to myself - it's not like if you're on server #1, and go attack, and click next 100 times & nothing good comes up - isn't it generaly random?
If it's random, then you got the exact same chance of finding bases on other servers.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that clicking "NEXT" is almost the same as "Changing servers" .


But I did find the "chinese at 5pm" interesting - not sure if it was sacrasm though lol

Seriously though, clash of clans is based on servers, making unlimited gem H@cks useless on the game. Ever wonder why there are different people talking in global every time you exit clash? That's because you switched servers, once you switch a server, your raids change too. Ever wonder why some days are Great for farming? Well that's because your in a good server. And your bad days means your in a bad server. Now I really don't care if all you new members don't believe me or say I'm lying, because it just means more loot for me.

Like others have said restarting the game (even by changing your language) sets you to a new server. This new server could have better or worse loot. The best way to do it though is know prime and down times for different regions of the world, and do raids in those areas at a time right before most of the people wake up. A great time for collector raids.

I have this certain feeling that whenever I use gems to boost my barracks for 2 hours, these 2 hours have SO MUCH more bases with lots of loot, then when im not using gems.
I seriously think this is the case - The more gems you use, the better your chances at finding bases full of resources.

Not to be sarcastic, but of course you'll see more prime bases...you're attacking 4 times faster than normal so you go through 4 times as many bases.

CoC uses two types of servers. A game server and a chat server. When you switch languages, you are changing your chat server. Your game server is still based upon your location. The game determines your location based upon your IP. So, the only way to change your location is to change your IP.

TL;DR: Changing language changes your chat server, not the game server, therefore having zero effect on your loot.

When you restart your game both servers change. Your server is based on your language also. When you switch languages you switch to that specific type of server. As I Expected, minimal knowledge from these members. I would expect more informed people.

so.... the general consensus is:

• that spelled and spelt are both correct.
• Server language and IP address might effect what bases you are given to attack.
• H@cking SC would result in possible prison time.
• Gemming to boost makes you faster so of course it will seem like more good raids.
• And last but not least, people take stuff way to seriously.

Changing languages is like taking a seat at a different slot machine.

One of two things will happen:
1) you will win, and you'll say it was because you switched seats
or
2) you won't win, and you'll say it doesn't matter what machine you're at or that you should've stayed at the first machine
