Those perceived bonus amounts would have to be doubled for me to actually consider rising my trophy count. I am currently TH9 and I can earn around 150k+ with hardly any hassle at 1200-1400 trophies. Having a 60k resource bonus as opposed to a 40k resource bonus means absolutely nothing me.

Farming at 2.4k seems like a prety difficult range to maintain with cheap farming troops and th's on the insides of most bases, il plobably end up giving it a shot though.

I find it fairly amusing that anyone would think supercell would give loot out of the aether. To me it seems very clear that the "bonus" is a bonus to the storage cap when attacking. So if your bonus was 50k then you could get 250k from the gold storage instead of 200k.
Obviously only if they have enough for that though, and still with loot percentages for town hall levels applied I would imagine.
All of the other "ideas" have too many flaws and potential pitfalls for them to be possible.
I don't know... I see way too many people leaving the game because there's only farming to do and trophy hunting is completely pointless (unless you're ready to spend serious money on it and remain always online). Seriously, farming is not that fun.
They need to bring trophy hunting incentive to the average player - and they're doing that.

Honestly, I find it hard to not insult you personally for posting this response. :-/
Yes. It's about figuring out just how high you can go and maintain it... - that is fun. It is a good thing for supercell to give more loot for it. To make farming and remaining at low trophies on purpose not the only option to progress without spending serious cash.
Only farming non-stop is as boring as watching the grass grow. Trophy pushes in clans is the only way people don't go insane and/or quit right away at the moment.
Well if you think so...ask many people or at Facebook if they willing to spent every week over 100 bucks to buying gem??? it's a game, sure I buy gems some times too but small amount of it , but I'm not mad going to spent more then 100 bucks per week to pay for high trophy,! You forget the kids who play this game too and that's is the point they wanna have their fun too! And adult people who have a family and they like the game and they won't pay much for that!
