Hay Day - PLEASE READ -Problem when new buildings are added in the town!

I just reached level 13. Yay!!! So, I bought the Beach Cafe'. Yay!!
Two problems........
1. It's totally ridiculous that we have to wait 2 days for new buildings to open. It already took us forever to get to the level, let us just open the darn thing!!
2. My first train shows up right after I buy the Cafe' and half of the visitors want to go there!! This happened when I bought the Bread and breakfast as well. By the time the place opened I had a town full of people waiting to go in and then it took 8 hours to get through!!
Of course, someone will say...send them away. Which I am going to do this time. But it's a total waste!
Could you please at least give us a break and not let people show up wanting to go in until it's open?

100% Agree I don't even fill their other request if they need to go to more than one facility, waste of time!

Waiting for the shop to open I expect, although the duration is too long for my liking.

But the train delivering visitors for that shop when the shop is not ready I totally agree with. It is extremely irritating.
