Why do people hate top players?

A few fun facts for you:
1) Jorge Yao was sponsored by Kemal
2) At one point Jorge was sitting at the top of the leaderboards for several months via cheap shielding provided by his family clan and their multiple accounts.
3) Jorge used to operate Kemal's account sometimes
4) The real Jorge Yao is no longer playing his account.
5) Top players share accounts among each other to stay online as often as possible.
6) In high level clan wars, all attacks done by a clan is often only carried out by 5 person operating all the other accounts.
7) During one of the visits to one of the top clans, i was basically talking to 3 person operating 20 accounts.

These are the tip of the iceberg regarding how life is like at the top of the leaderboards.

Hate is a strong word man. People that hate the top players have issues most likely. In my case I don't find the incentive of playing 24-7 while spending money for pixel trophies

I respect the top player that don't c h e a t. But for the ones that do, I have absolutely no respect for them. Especially Jorge Yao. He calls himself a legend, when he really is just c h e a ting in the game.

I have a higher gold grab than some of the "top players" and I'm TH8.

It would be nice if "top player" meant best player, or best strategy, or best something meaningful, rather than richest player with biggest wallet.

Gold grab doesn't mean you're the best either, it could just mean you played the most. There is experienced I gained from farming that I use now, but it's not just about money, I gem very little and have made it to 3900, not sure how much further that style will take me, but it's about time and luck up here, just like farming, but u can gem attacking ability, and from cw I've seen the difference in skill from people on an equal playing field.
